Health centers must comply with all federal and state requirements for entities and individuals providing enrollment assistance. Consult with your Primary Care Association if you are not sure of the requirements in your state.

Quarterly Reporting

Reporting is essential. HRSA will place the entire section 330 grant award on drawdown restriction for any health centers that received outreach & enrollment supplemental funding that do not submit their quarterly progress reports (QPRs).

In July 2013, HRSA provided $150 million in grant awards to 1,159 health centers.  These awards began HRSA’s ongoing commitment to support health centers to help uninsured patients and others in their approved service areas gain access to new affordable health insurance coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplaces, Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program.
