Health centers using the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act (H8D) and/or the Expanding Capacity for Coronavirus Testing (ECT) (H8E) for minor alteration/renovation (A/R) activities must submit with their quarterly progress report the additional reporting requirements noted and summarized below.
