Update on the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency: The COVID-19 Public Health Emergency ended on May 11, 2023. The Administration’s continued response to COVID-19 is not entirely dependent on the Public Health Emergency, and significant flexibilities will not be affected as we transition away from the emergency phase of our response.
