Join the Conversation: I Support Safe and Reliable Health Care By…

Join the #PSAW20 patient safety conversation in three easy steps:

  1. Think about how your job contributes to patient safety, and write it on this sign (PDF - 59 KB).
  2. Take a photo of yourself and/or you and your colleagues holding the sign.
  3. Email the photo, the names of people in the photo, and this signed photo release (PDF - 277 KB) to BPHCpatientsafety@hrsa.gov. NOTE: If multiple people are pictured, we need a completed photo release for each person.

Include what you wrote on your sign in the email, so we can include it as part of the photo caption if your photo is chosen to be shared.

Tonya Bowers, Deputy Associate Administrator for the Bureau of Primary Health Care and the woman featured in the image to the right, says, "I support safe and reliable health care by… ensuring health centers have the resources they need to operate in their communities."

Your photo may be featured in an upcoming issue of the Digest or on HRSA social media. Thank you for keeping patients safe!
