Sample NTTAP Summary of Contracts and Agreements
The fiscal year (FY) 2024 National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs) Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) progress report requires an updated Summary of Contracts and Agreements only if there are new or revised contracts and agreements, or you anticipate making changes during the FY 2024 budget period. The sample below is for reference only. See the FY 2024 NTTAP NCC progress report instructions available on the NTTAP TA webpage for detailed instructions.
NOTE: The summary must align with your Budget Narrative. You must exercise appropriate oversight and authority over all new contracts, and procurement contracts must comply with 45 CFR part 75 or 45 CFR part 92.
