HRSA awards nearly $200 million to increase access to mental health and substance use disorder services at 1,208 health centers.
The fiscal year (FY) 2019 Integrated Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) funding opportunity is a non-competitive supplement for organizations currently receiving Health Center Program operational grant (H80) funding. IBHS funding will help health centers increase access to high quality, integrated mental health and substance use disorders (SUD) services, including opioid use disorder.

If your IBHS notice of award includes a project condition, you must provide a response through HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) within 30 days. You must contact the project officer listed on your notice of award for guidance on what information to include in your response.

Scope Adjustment and Change in Scope approvals must be obtained before implementing a new service or service delivery method in support of your IBHS project. See the Scope of Project webpage and contact the project officer listed on your notice of award for guidance.
HRSA will notify IBHS award recipients when tri-annual progress updates, including guidance and technical assistance to support their completion, are available. Reporting resources will be posted to this webpage.
