Overview
Primary Care Associations (PCAs) provide training and technical assistance to health centers to support the provision of comprehensive, high quality primary health care and improve the health of individuals and communities, through the following goals:
- Increase access to comprehensive primary care;
- Accelerate value-based care delivery;
- Foster a workforce to address current and emerging needs;
- Enhance emergency preparedness and response; and
- Advance clinical quality and performance.
Submission and approval of the PCA Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) progress report will provide continuation funding to the 52 organizations that received funding in FY 2020 under HRSA-20-021.
This funding opportunity is authorized by Public Health Service Act, Section 330, as amended (42 U.S.C. 254b).
