Who can apply

You must be:

  • Papa Ola Lokahi (POL) or
  • A certified Native Hawaiian Health Care System (NHHCS)

Get key funding details

The NHHCIA aims to improve comprehensive care for Native Hawaiians including:

  • Disease prevention
  • Health promotion
  • Primary health care services

We will award nearly $25 million in total funding to POL and the five certified NHHCSs. 

This is a limited competition for:

  • POL to coordinate health care programs and services 
  • Five certified NHHCSs to provide primary health care and other services
