How we’re improving
Providing you with an excellent customer experience is one of our top priorities and we are always looking for ways to improve. We hold listening sessions with health centers and other partners both by request and at conferences.
We have already made progress in these areas:
- BPHC Contact Form: We updated our portal so that your questions reach specialized teams immediately, getting you complete answers faster.
- Uniform Data System Modernization (UDS+): We’re automating annual UDS reporting. This will reduce your reporting burden and provide greater insights into patient health outcomes and needs.
