2014 Health Center Patient Survey Dashboard User Manual

Data File Variables

All prevalence estimates presented by the dashboard are calculated using data from the 2014 Health Center Patient Survey’s public use data file. The tables below present the rows and outcomes available in the dashboard, along with their corresponding variables from the data file. You can refer to the user manual (PDF - 2 MB) for details on the construction of the data file variables.

You can consider legitimate skips and responses of “Refused” or “Don’t Know” as missing data for the purposes of the dashboard. These values in the data file variables were excluded when defining the dashboard’s row and outcome variables and performing dashboard calculations.
