The fiscal year (FY) 2024 National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs) Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) progress report requires an updated staffing plan only if it has changed, or if you anticipate changes during the FY 2024 budget period.

NOTE: Combined time and effort percentages of staff across all federal awards may not exceed 1.0 FTE.
