NTTAP Cooperative Agreements

National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs) offer clinical and organizational training and technical assistance (T/TA) to health centers.

NTTAPs serve health centers and look-alikes that already receive funding or services from HRSA. They also serve organizations interested in applying for funding or services.

Summary

HRSA awarded approximately $23.5 million to fund 22 NTTAP organizations in FY 2023. The purpose of this funding is to support the development and delivery of T/TA that support health centers to:

  • Deliver comprehensive care,
  • Address emergent public health issues and health needs,
  • Improve operational effectiveness and quality, and 
  • Advance health equity.

This funding is authorized by Section 330(e)(1)(C) of the Public Health Service Act, (42 U.S.C. 254b(e)(1)(C)).
