The fiscal year 2025 (FY25) National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs) Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) progress report requires an updated Summary of Contracts and Agreements only if there are new or revised contracts and agreements, or you anticipate making changes during the FY25 budget period. NOTE: The summary must align with your Budget Narrative. You must exercise appropriate oversight and authority over all new contracts, and procurement contracts must comply with 45 CFR part 75 or 45 CFR part 92.
