What to expect
Provide confidential feedback on our application and award processes, Electronic Handbooks (EHBs), award monitoring, performance reporting, training and technical assistance, communications, help lines and forms, and other critical areas.

Based on grantee feedback, we’ve updated the survey to gather more details about your experience.

We’ve partnered with an independent research and consulting firm to administer the survey. Our leadership will receive aggregated results. This ensures that we never identify you or share your responses.
How to participate
Use the unique survey link we emailed to you. Each project director will receive a survey. This helps us better understand and improve the grantee experience.
