You must complete a work plan in the HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs). Outline activities to achieve the fiscal year (FY) 2024 Behavioral Health Service Expansion (BHSE) objectives:
- Increase the number of patients receiving mental health services.
- Increase the number of patients receiving substance use disorder (SUD) services, including treatment with medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD).
See Section IV.2.v of the BHSE notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for guidance.
