The fiscal year (FY) 2023 Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs) Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) progress report requires an updated Staffing Plan (submitted as Attachment 3: Staffing Plan) only if it has changed, or you anticipate changes to the Staffing Plan submitted with your FY 2022 HCCN application. Use this sample Staffing Plan document for reference only. Refer to the FY 2023 HCCN NCC Progress Report Instructions available on the HCCN TA webpage when creating your updated Staffing Plan.
NOTE: Combined time and effort percentages of staff across all federal awards may not exceed 1.0 FTE.
