Instructions for Completing the Summary of Contracts and Agreements
The fiscal year (FY) 2022 National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs) Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) Progress Report requires an updated Summary of Contracts and Agreements (submitted as Attachment 6) only if revisions have been made since you submitted your FY 2021 progress report, or will be made prior to June 30, 2022.
If this applies to your organization, upload a revised document. The summary must include the following elements:
- Name of organization,
- Type of contract or agreement (e.g., contract, Memorandum of Understanding or Agreement),
- Brief description of the purpose and scope of the contract/agreement, including how and where services are, or will be, provided, and
- Timeframe for the contract/agreement (e.g., ongoing contractual relationship, specific duration).
- Brief summary of changes (including updated scopes of work), if applicable.
NOTE: Your Summary of Contracts and Agreements must align with your Budget Narrative. You must exercise appropriate oversight and authority over all new contracts, and procurement contracts must comply with 45 CFR part 75.
