Find out how and when to submit your fiscal year 2027 (FY27) Budget Period Progress Report (BPR) Non-competing Continuation (NCC).

Get key submission details
You will provide an update on the progress of your Health Center Program award.
You report on:
- Progress since you last applied (Service Area Competition [SAC]) or submitted a BPR until the date of your current BPR submission
- Expected progress for the remainder of the FY26 budget period
- Projected changes for the upcoming FY27 budget period
How to submit
When it’s time for you to submit:
- Your organization’s Authorizing Official will receive an email from HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs).
- Check and update the contacts in your EHBs Grant Portfolio to ensure you receive EHBs notifications.
- Complete the BPHC Contact Form if you do not receive an email to submit.
- You must submit your BPR in EHBs according to the start date of your budget period.
- Refer to the instructions for additional requirements.
