Who can apply

You must be a Health Center Program award recipient with an active H80 grant award to apply.

Review the Eligibility Information in the NOFO for details.

Key funding details

We expect to award $125 million to 357 health centers. You may apply for up to $350,000 for each year in the two-year period of performance.

You will use ENS funding to increase access to nutrition services. You must use ENS funding to increase your nutrition services patients or visits.

How to apply

Apply on Grants.gov by 11:59 p.m. ET on June 9, 2026.

There is no HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) application phase.
