Instructions for Completing the Staffing Plan

The fiscal year (FY) 2022 National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs) Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) Progress Report requires an updated Staffing Plan (submitted as Attachment 3).  Upload a current staffing plan and summarize changes from the staffing plan you last submitted (with either your FY 2021 progress report or FY 2020 NTTAPs application).

For each position that is supported, in full or in part, with NTTAPs federal funding, include the following:

  • Position Title (e.g., Chief Executive Officer)
  • Staff Name (If the position is currently vacant, indicate “To Be Determined”)
  • Education and Experience Qualifications
  • General NTTAPs Project Responsibilities
  • Percentage of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) dedicated to NTTAPs project
  • Annual Salary (annual salary at 100% FTE), and
  • Summary of Changes, including the effective date of the change and any forecasted for the remainder of the budget period, which ends June 30, 2022.
