Manage the PCHP Award

Find out how and when to report progress on your Primary Care HIV Prevention (PCHP) award.

When to report your progress 

You must submit two types of reports:

  1. Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) progress report
  2. Semi-annual progress report (SAPR)

In your NCC progress report, you will:

  • Report progress
  • Describe lessons learned
  • Provide an updated budget and work plan

In your SAPRs, you will describe accomplishments and barriers.

FY21 grantees only will submit SAPRs.

Get key award details

We made these awards to expand access to HIV prevention services. We aim to decrease the risk of HIV transmission in highest need communities toward Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S.

Award recipients will use funds to increase the number of patients:

  • Counseled and tested for HIV
  • Prescribed pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) 

They will also use funds to increase the percentage of patients newly diagnosed with HIV who are linked to care and treatment within 30 days of diagnosis.
