When to report your progress

You must add some operating hours at one or more of your EH sites within 6 months of award, or by June 1, 2025. You must be open for all your new hours within 18 months, or by June 1, 2026.

You are required to:

  • Use the Change in Scope Request Module in HRSA’s Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) to document your new hours through a Form 5B Scope Adjustment Request. Include a note in the narrative field that the change in hours is due to the EH award.
  • Describe progress in your upcoming Service Area Competition application or Budget Period Progress Report, rather than through a Non-Competing Continuation progress report.
