We expect to award $24 million to fund 3 NTAP cooperative agreements.

National TA and Coordination Center $8,000,000

NTAPs will use this funding to develop and deliver technical assistance (TA) to existing and potential health centers. The TA will focus on:

  • Supporting the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality primary health care.
  • Improving chronic disease management, nutrition, and preventive services.
  • Improving operational effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
  • Addressing emergent public health needs and priorities.
  • Complying with and exceeding Health Center Program and supplemental funding requirements.

Your application must:

  • Document your understanding of national needs.
  • Demonstrate your experience with and ability for conducting learning opportunities for health centers.
  • Describe how you will identify best practices that increase TA quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Note organizations you will work with to ensure you have necessary subject matter expertise.
