Overview
SAC funding supports continued access to comprehensive, culturally competent, quality primary health care services for underserved communities and vulnerable populations currently served by the Health Center Program. A SAC application is a request for federal financial assistance to continue comprehensive primary health care services provision in an area listed in the Service Area Announcement Table (SAAT). These areas are served by current Health Center Program award recipients whose periods of performance end in FY 2021.
SAAT
The Service Area Announcement Table (SAAT) lists the service areas announced for competition through each SAC NOFO and includes the patient target for each service area (see the Patient Target FAQs).
