Progressive Action Conditions Library
When HRSA determines that a health center is not demonstrating compliance with one or more of the Health Center Program requirements, HRSA places a condition(s) on that health center’s Notice of Award/Look-alike Designation. HRSA uses a library of standard conditions, aligned with the Compliance Manual, that follow the Progressive Action policy and process described in the Health Center Program Compliance Manual, Chapter 2, Health Center Program Oversight. Site Visit Protocol
The Site Visit Protocol (SVP) is a tool to assist HRSA in performing its oversight of health centers. The SVP includes a standard and transparent methodology that aligns with the Health Center Program Compliance Manual.

Summary of Comments and HRSA Responses on the Draft Health Center Program Compliance Manual
HRSA released the draft Health Center Program Compliance Manual for public comment from August 2016 through November 22, 2016. HRSA made a substantial number of revisions to the Health Center Program Compliance Manual to incorporate suggestions and requests for further clarification from more than 700 comments submitted by individuals and groups.
