Progressive Action Conditions Library
When HRSA determines that a health center is not demonstrating compliance with one or more of the Health Center Program requirements, HRSA places a condition(s) on that health center’s Notice of Award/Look-Alike Designation. HRSA uses a library of standard conditions, aligned with the Compliance Manual, that follow the Progressive Action policy and process described in the Health Center Program Compliance Manual, Chapter 2, Health Center Program Oversight.
